Order Processing: All orders placed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Chinese public holidays) will be reviewed, packed, and processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

3. Shipping & Logistics

Ship From Location: All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China.

Logistics Partners: We work with several international logistics carriers, including but not limited to China Post,DHL eCommerce, etc., to ensure reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions based on your destination.

Shipping Notification: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing a Tracking Number and a link for tracking. It usually takes 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become available on the carrier's system.

Estimated Shipping Times: Shipping times are calculated from the date the parcel is handed over to the carrier and do not include our order processing time.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address, order weight and dimensions, and selected shipping method. You can view the final cost before payment.

Free Shipping Threshold: We offer free Standard Shipping on orders over $75 to select countries/regions. Please refer to website banners or promotional pages for specific details.
5. Customs, Import Duties & Taxes

Important Notice: We have prepaid the customs duties and VAT on your behalf.

Cost Estimates: But maybe levied others fee when the package arrives in your country.These fees are not collected or controlled by us, and we are unable to calculate, pre-pay, or charge them at checkout. The specific amounts and regulations are determined solely by the customs authorities of your destination country.

6. Order Tracking

You can check your shipping status via the tracking link in your Shipping Confirmation Email or by logging into your account at www.ezy-step.com and viewing your "Order History."

For Standard Shipping, tracking updates may become less frequent once the package arrives in the destination country and is handed over to the local postal service for final delivery.

If your tracking shows no updates for more than 7 business days after the estimated delivery window, please contact our customer service for assistance.
7. Delivery Issues

Address Accuracy: Please ensure the shipping address provided at checkout (including postal code) is 100% accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delivery failures, delays, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failure to accept/sign for delivery within the required period, unpaid duties/taxes, etc., we will:

Notify you upon receiving the returned package.

Refund you for the item(s), minus the original shipping cost and any applicable return processing fees.

Alternatively, re-ship the order upon your payment for a new international shipping fee.

Lost or Severely Delayed Packages: If tracking shows no movement for an extended period (e.g., over 30 days beyond the estimated shipping time), please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing an inquiry with the carrier. Investigations can take several weeks. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
8. Modifying or Canceling an Order

Modifying Order/Address: Once an order status changes to "Processing" or "Shipped," we are unable to modify the shipping address or order contents. Please double-check your order confirmation email immediately after payment. If changes are needed, contact us as soon as possible.

Canceling an Order: To request cancellation, please email us immediately at Service@ezy-step.ocm. If the order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. We cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
